Christian Pitre Graduates with Masters Degree!

Christian Pitre, Kennedale High School Class of 2013, graduated with distinction from Texas A&M San Antonio on Sunday, December 14, 2020 with a Masters of Professional Accounting (MPAcy) in one year.
He recently graduated from Texas State University McCoy School of Business in May 2019 with a BBA in Accounting. While pursuing his undergraduate studies he was awarded the Cecil Mayo African American scholarship for his civic involvement in diversity and inclusion, an active member of NABA, National Association of Black Accountants, holding the positions of Vice President and President respectively while earning his degree and serving as an audit intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

He is currently a Global Finance Transformation Office Lead with Capital Group while pursuing his CPA certification. Capital Group was founded in 1931 and is one of the oldest and largest investment organizations that manages over $2 trillion dollars in assets.

Texas A&M University-San Antonio (A&M-SA) is a contemporary university reflective of the diverse and heritage-rich community it serves.
