Obituary
Yvonne Marie Bishop (Nani), 80, passed away Wednesday July 29, 2020 at her home in Burleson. She was a retired supervisor from Miller Brewery in Fort Worth. She leaves behind her daughter, Joni Balamut and husband Les; daughter, Gina Bishop Anderton; son, Derek Bishop and wife Angela; son, Nicky Bishop and girlfriend Glenda Canales.
Her son Dirk Anthony Bishop (Tony) preceded her in death in 1982 at age 24.
She was a loving “Nani” to her ten grandchildren; Misti Sexton, husband Adam; Clifton Moore; Leslie Balamut, wife Amy; Tiana Flowers, husband Farley; Alan Bishop; Brian Balamut, wife Jub; Anthony Guiterrez, wife Brittney; Dylan Bishop, girlfriend Ashley; Denton Bishop, fiancée Ashley and Landon Bishop. She was a loving “Nani” to her seven great-grandchildren; Alex, Hayli and Ashton Sexton; Ava Flowers; Lyla and Miles Gutierrez; Conner Balamut and “Aunt Von” to her numerous nieces and nephews and “Sis” to her little brother Gene Letson. Her sisters Florence Brannan and Jerri Lewis and both parents preceded her in death.
Her greatest joy in life was her family and watching the little ones play.
The family will be holding a private service.
