8/31 — Criminal Mischief $100 to $750
E. IH-20
At 9:30 a.m. an officer received a report of an attempted theft at a gas well site. Unknown person(s) attempted to remove a pump battery without success.
8/31 — Incident (Other)
Jake Circle
At 8:34 p.m. an officer responded to a call of a found juvenile female. The female had run away from a nearby behavioral hospital. She was returned to the facility without incident.
9/02 — Deadly Conduct (Firearm)
S. New Hope Road
At 6:01 p.m. officers responded to a shooting. Residents reported that a passing vehicle had fired several shots toward their home, striking the garage door. The vehicle was observed leaving the scene after the shots were fired. The residents had no idea of who the suspect(s) could be.
9/01 — Theft $750 to $20,000
Bowman Springs Road
At 3:40 p.m. a victim reported the theft of catalytic converters from two vehicles.
9/01 — Assault by Contact (Family Violence)
North Road
At 9:53 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A mother and daughter had been in an altercation when the daughter physically assaulted the mother, who was not injured. The daughter, a juvenile, was cited for the assault by contact and left to stay with a family member in Mansfield.
9/03 — Injury to Child (Bodily Injury)
S. Kenney Street
At 3:59 p.m. an officer received a report of a domestic assault. A female suspect who was not on the scene was reported to have assaulted her juvenile brother earlier in the day. The brother exhibited injuries consistent with his story. The suspect was contacted by phone but refused to return to the scene.
9/03 — Burglary of Vehicle
Tealpond Drive
At 6:23 p.m. an officer received a vehicle burglary report. Unknown person(s) entered an unsecured vehicle and removed a 9mm handgun.
9/03 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
Reeves Lane
At 8:30 a.m. officers responded to an assault complaint. A female was observed with facial injuries and bleeding from a head wound. The female’s husband was also injured and exhibited a head wound. Both admitted to being involved in an altercation. The female was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Video evidence provided to the officers indicates the female to have been the aggressor.
9/05 — Theft of Livestock under $20,000
Little School Road
At 5:15 p.m. a victim reported the theft of a miniature horse.
9/05 — Drugs/Narcotics
W. Kennedale Parkway
At 3:02 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle parked at a closed business with two occupants, a male driver, and a female passenger. Upon investigating the vehicle, it was determined to be stolen out of Dallas. As the driver exited the vehicle an officer observed a pipe used to smoke narcotics. Also located in the vehicle was a substance that tested positive for cocaine. The driver was found to have warrants issued for his arrest out of multiple agencies. Both the driver and the passenger stated that the drugs belonged to the driver. He was transported to jail for booking.
9/05 — Assault Bodily Injury (Family Violence)
Shady Vale Drive
At 9:18 p.m. officers responded to a domestic disturbance. A male victim reported that his girlfriend (suspect) had assaulted him during an argument. The suspect was reported to have been intoxicated. She was not on the scene at the time of the report.
