Congratulations to Amberlee Cook and Rachel Dixon for being named to the Texas Girls’ Coaches’ Association Academic All-State volleyball team. Both are seniors at Kennedale High School.
To qualify for All-State honors a nominee must be a graduating senior, must have an overall GPA of 94 or above in grades 9-12, must be a varsity player and be of good moral character. {{more}}This year there were 187 players selected statewide in 3A volleyball.
Amberlee is currently ranked #5 in her class. Rachel is in the top quarter of the KHS Class of 2014.
Head Volleyball Coach is Christina Rudiger.
