The Kennedale High School Advanced Placement Spanish IV students had an opportunity to tour the Amon Carter Museum of Art in Fort Worth.
During this discussion-based tour, conducted both in Spanish and in English, students were able to analyze artworks, including paintings, photographs, and works on paper, documents and sculptures. {{more}}
The tour focused on the six essential elements of the AP Spanish Language and Culture Exam which include; Los desaf?os mundiales, La ciencia y la tecnolog?a, La vida contempor?nea, identidades personales y p?blicas, Las familias y las comunidades y La belleza y la est?tica.
Students also had the opportunity to see great works from Jos? Guadalupe Posada, the famous nineteenth century Mexican Artist better known for publishing political cartoons and whose satirical works would influence many Latin American artists.
