CITY: Deadline for city boards approaching

Applications for Advisory Boards are due Friday, September 9th. There are six standing boards and commissions for the city of Kennedale. {{more:Read more …}}

These boards include (click on board to see members and details):

• Keep Kennedale Beautiful,
• Ecomomic Development Corporation,
• Library Advisory Board,
• Board of Adjustments/Board of Appeals,
• Planning and Zoning,
• Parks and Recreation Board.

Qualified applicants will interview with City Council the week of October 3rd, and those who are appointed will serve two-year terms. Like Council, these are volunteer positions.
