The Lady Kats are 18-3 overall and 3-0 in district play. They have won one tournament and came in second in another. Their three losses came against #10 Class 5A The Colony (18-0) twice and #1 Class 4A Argyle (17-1) once.currently ranked #4 …
Oddly enough, they are current ranked #4 in Class 4A in the latest TABC rankings, one place behind #3 Godley (17-2) whom Kennedale defeated in the finals of the Glen Rose Tournament on November 19 by a score of 55-52.
They have played two district games so far, beating Springtown 75-36 and FTW Benbrook 97-38. The Kats have a big district test tonight against Mineral Wells, who are 8-9 for the season but are undefeated in district play at 2-0. The Lady Kats travel to Mineral Wells to play the 8 pm game. (The Kats beat Mineral Wells 82-52). This will be the last game before Christmas but they will return to play in the Whatburger Tournament next week.
