Kori Ogdie, 26, of Kennedale, was sought for allegedly breaking into nearly a dozen vehicles, ?often targeting numerous vehicles overnight,? said Tiara Ellis Richard, Arlington police spokeswoman. (Read previous story)

?Some of the criminal offenses were reported in a residential neighborhood near Little School Road and Treepoint Drive in southwest Arlington,? Richard said in a news release. {{more}}

Richard issued a press release at about 2 p.m. Friday stating ?multiple felony warrants? had been issued for Ogdie. Arlington police arrested Ogdie as the suspect they say is responsible for multiple vehicle burglaries in Arlington and nearby cities.

He was taken into custody by 5 p.m.

In almost every case the automobiles were left unlocked overnight according to police reports. As one Kennedale officer said, “They [people] around here don’t think anything like this happens so why lock your stuff.” ?
