Isabelle Erickson has been selected to the All-State Acadmic Excellence Team by the Texas Association of Seconday School Principals.

The TASSP Academic Excellence Recognition Program was established to honor and reconize high school seniors who have demonstrated excellence in areas of academic achievement, test scores and writing skills. {{more}}
The program recognizes twenty graduation Texas seniors with an unrestricted scholarship of $500. In addition, the twenty winners are introduced at the general session of the annual TAASP Summer Workshop held in Austin in June along with a luncheon for students and parents.
KHS Principal Rita Whatley refering to the honor said “This means a committee selected her out of hundreds of applicants and has named her in the top 20 scholars in the State of Texas.”
Isabelle plans to attend the University of Texas in Austin in the fall.?
