Kennedale Public Works and Police Department have worked together to post new signs on Linda Road.
Last November, a tanker truck carrying hazardous materials overturned on Linda Road, causing an evacuation of the entire area.
Linda Road is now designated as a ‘No Thru Truck Street’ past the parking/receiving area of Oldcastle Infrastructure.
Also, trucks are no longer allowed to park on the side of Linda Road, which had caused difficulties for residents trying to get in and out of the neighborhood during the morning hours.
