Fellowship Academy in Kennedale is hosting the Magi Marketplace & Festival on Saturday, Dec. 4, 2021. The event will start with the Mustang Magi Trail 1 Mile and 5K Fun Run, followed by the marketplace and festival activities. Proceeds from this event benefit Teen Life in partnership with Fellowship.

“Teen Life serves middle school and high school students in need of social-emotional support. We do this through sending support groups onto school campuses to meet students where they’re at,” said Tobin Hodges, Program Director for Teen Life. “This is a great opportunity to have fun, exercise, be a part of the community, and help support a great organization and school.”

Check in will begin at 10 a.m. on the Fellowship campus, with the 1 mile Fun Run kicking off at 11 a.m. and the 5K Fun Run starting at 11:30 a.m. Runners and walkers will follow a course that will start and end on the Fellowship campus. Spots are limited, so interested runners must register for the event quickly. Participants registering before November 19th will receive a t-shirt; the organizers will have a few extra shirts but cannot guarantee those registering after November 19th will receive one.

Participants and their families have exclusive access to the Magi Marketplace and Festival until the event opens to the public at 2 p.m. Marketplace and festival activities will include an interactive maze, a photo booth, concession stands, games, inflatables and local craft and retail vendors for your Christmas shopping.

“We are excited to partner with Teen Life for the benefit fun run in December. They are such a great organization doing great things for teenagers in our north Texas area,” said Traci Poe, Director of Advancement for Fellowship Academy.
