Eleven Kennedale High School students were issued proclamations at the Kennedale ISD Board of Trustees meeting on July These proclamations were issued to the students for state recognition and achievements this past school year. {{more}}
 
In the field of Academic Achievement the proclamations read in part:
  • WHEREAS, this is in recognition of outstanding accomplishment and contribution to academic performance, and
  • WHEREAS, [these students]have maintained excellent academic standing while devoting the time necessary to achieve this honor while showing [their] ongoing commitment and love of academic competition, now therefore, be it
  • RESOLVED, that the Kennedale Independent School District extend best wishes and congratulations for this dedication to academics at Kennedale High School.
  • THEREFORE, be it resolved that recognition, respect, and emulation are due [them], and
  • BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this achievement shall be an official standard of excellence in the Kennedale Independent School District.

Carson Campbell selected to the 2013-2014 Softball Academic All-State Team by the Texas Girl?s Coaches Association
