- a minimum of? 60 college hours from an accredited college or university and be able to submit an official transcript.?
- completed online substitute teacher application.
- all necessary documentation, paperwork and clear a mandated background check.
- Copy of College Transcripts (minimum of 60 college hours)?
- Copy of Teaching Certificate (if applicable)
If the completed application meets the needs of the district, you will be invited to attend Kennedale ISD Substitute New Hire Orientation.

State law requires criminal history background checks of all public school employees including fingerprinting.? If you have completed fingerprinting at another school district you not be required to repeat the process.???
