On Saturday, November 21st, four of members of the Kennedale High School Choir made the cut in semifinal auditions and will advance to the final audition for the UIL All-State Choir, announced KHS Director of Choral Activities Matt Schenck. {{more}}
Making it to the final round were Noah Wyckoff, 1st Chair, Bass 2; Richard Bui, 2nd Chair, Bass 1; Brian Gomes, 3rd Chair, Bass 1; and Leanne Blind, 3rd Chair, Soprano 2.
Schenck said that the four will attend the All-State Choir auditions on Saturday, January 9 in Midland, TX for the right to make this year’s All-State Choir. Schenck said that he wanted to let everyone know and ?to congratulate the students for their hard work and determination and for proudly representing KHS at the All-State Choir auditions in January.?
