The events kickoff on Saturday at Kennedale’s main city park, Sonora Park at 263 S New Hope Road.
KIDFISH: 9 a.m. to Noon
KIDFISH is an outreach program dedicated to the next generation of outdoor enthusiasts. Bring your kids or grandchildren, and try your hand at fishing! Poles will be available to borrow. Email Gloria Rangel, ([email protected]), if you’d like more information.
Bark in the Park: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (Low-Cost Vaccines until Noon)
Bark in the Park features free pet registration, vendors, entertainment, prizes, and low-cost vaccines by TCAP. Email Lori Stevenson, ([email protected]), for more information or to reserve a free vendor space.
Pet Contest at 1 p.m.
