U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Kayla B. Bay graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas. {{more}}
Bay completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills. Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Bay is the daughter of Kimberly Lee-Bay and Rick Bay of Kennedale, Texas, and granddaughter of Dolores Mance, Richard Bay, and Kathy and Robert Lee of Arlington, Texas. She is also the sister of Mackenzie Bay.
The airman graduated in 2011 from Kennedale High School, Kennedale, Texas, and earned a bachelor’s degree in 2015 from Bacone College, Muskogee.
