Board considers new budget at monthly meeting Thursday

Under the consent agenda the following items will be considered:

• Approve Investment Policy CDA (Local) as presented
• Approve resolution approving independent sources of investment officer training and designation of investment officers.
• Approve renewal of interlocal agreement with TASB Risk Management Fund.
• Approve resolution approving amendment number two to KISD Cafeteria Plan
• Approve Shared Services Arrangement – Arlington Regional Day School Program for the Deaf

New business items included:

• Discuss and consider approval of 2014-2015 Budget
• Discuss and consider Special Meeting date of school board to decide on Public Meeting date on Budget and Proposed Tax Rate
• Discuss and adopt changes to EIC(LOCAL) regarding Class Ranking
• Discuss and adopt resolution suspending portions of EIE(LOCAL) regarding retention and promotion
• Discuss and adopt changes to DC(LOCAL) Employment Practices
• Discuss and consider mobile computer labs for 21st Century Community Learning
