Since the last LSC weekly release on December 20, Tarleton has played three games and pushed its winning streak to five featuring crucial conference victories over Angelo State and Texas A&M-Kingsville last week. The games included for evaluation by the conference include Tarleton’s wins over Southeastern Oklahoma, Angelo, and Kingsville.?
Bostad turned in three straight stellar offensive performances to lead the TexAnns. The junior from Kennedale scored in double figures in all three games and led the team with 14.3 points per game while shooting .444 from the floor, .538 from beyond the arc, and .923 at the free throw line.

Her week began with a 16-point performance against Southeastern Oklahoma to close out the 2017 calendar year. She followed up with 14 points in 26 minutes to lead Tarleton to a 72-56 rout of Angelo State to open the new campaign and then turned in a near non-traditional double-double with 13 points and nine assists in a 60-43 win against Texas A&M-Kingsville.

In addition to her 43 points on offense, Bostad grabbed eight rebounds, swiped seven steals, had one block, and led the team with 15 assists for the week. Tarleton outscored its opponents 192-148 over the last three games with Bostad at the forefront.?a 2014 KHS graduate …???
McKinley was a 2014 graduate of Kennedale High where she was a 4 year all-state player. She was named the 3A Athlete of the Year her senior year, averaging 22 points, 6 rebounds, 4.6 assists and 4.5 steals per game.?
