Developed to crack down on intoxicated drivers, under the ?No Refusal? program drivers pulled over for suspected impaired driving who refuse to take a routine breath test will instead be subject to a court-ordered blood test. In honor of the Cinco de Mayo holiday, a ?No Refusal? policy will be in effect in Tarrant County from 9:30 pm, Thursday, May 5 until 5:30 am, Monday, May 9, 2016.
