Free, in-store classes and seminars to promote and teach responsible ownership, use of firearms

The classes and seminars will be hosted at the company?s Fort Worth location by the store?s staff, along with special guests and industry partners. No registration is required.
The courses offered at Cabela?s Fort Worth store will be part of a nationwide effort by the company to promote and educate customers on various aspects of responsible firearm ownership and safety. Featured classes and seminars will offer insight and training for customers with all levels of experience on topics ranging from safe storage to proper cleaning.
Courses hosted at Cabela?s will include:
- Gun Storage and Safety: Thursday March 10, 6:30 pm or Saturday March 12, 1 pm
- Responsible Gun Ownership ? Women Only: Thursday March 17, 6:30 pm or Saturday March 19, 1 pm
- Don?t be a Victim: Thursday March 24, 6:30 pm or Saturday March 26, 1 pm
- Home Defense Shotguns and Pistols: Thursday March 31, 6:30 pm or Saturday April 2, 1 pm
- Gun Cleaning 101: Thursday April 7, 6:30 pm or Saturday April 9, 1 pm
- Protection Outside the Home: Thursday April 14, 6:30 pm or Saturday April 16, 1 pm
