Charles DeWayne “Chuck” Folmar Sr. passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2015. Celebration of life: 2 to 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 19, at First Baptist Church, Kennedale. {{more}}
 
Chuck was predeceased by his father, Charles Ray Folmar; and brother, Jimmy Ray Folmar.
 
Survivors: Children, Heather Folmar, DeWayne Folmar Jr. and wife, Darla, and Jeremy Folmar; mother, Zola Mae Ward Folmar; sister, Donna Marie Folmar Sees; brother, Darrell Lynn Folmar Sr.; grandchildren, Matthew Collins, Paige, Dakota, Dylan, Jared and Zachary Folmar, Lexus Sweet; special friend, Lana Tirey.
