A number of items will be discussed with several listed as action items. Topics on the agenda include possible property freeze for senior citizens, possible pay raise consideration for city staff, consider a new solid waste vendor (trash collection services), a review of the agreement with KISD for on campus police officers and then several zoning change requests including one for an exemption to a prohibition of packages alcohol sales in Town Center.?
