Kennedale’s newest street, Link Street (near QuikTrip), is well underway and will be completed this summer.
Phase I utility construction (water, waste water, and storm water) is about to begin at the Vineyards subdivision (Mansfield-Cardinal and Little Road). This approximately 40 acre area will eventually include around 100 new homes. {{more}}Phase I construction will last between 3 and 5 months, depending upon the weather. The city is in the process of bidding a major sidewalk project. The project, which will build approximately 25,000 linear feet of six-foot side sidewalks along Kennedale Parkway, will likely begin this Fall.
