Southeastern Oklahoma State University is a member of the NCAA Division II and the Great American Conference. SE is located in Durant, Oklahoma 15 miles from the Oklahoma-Texas border; 90 miles north of DFW.

Dixon is a two time All-District player for Kennedale, both times as the All-District Server. Dixon finished this year with 428 assists, 54 aces, 155 digs and 59 kills. In Class 4A in Texas, according to MaxPreps, she ranked #9 in aces, #11 in assists, #59 in digs and #71 in kills.
In her two years on varsity the Lady Kats finished as district and bi-district champions. Last year in 2015, the Kats were ranked MaxPreps #15 in Class 4A with a record of 30-14, 10-0. This year Kennedale is currently ranked #12 in MaxPreps with a record 25-18, 11-1.
