Returning to its roots, the Burger Box in Kennedale will host two grand opening celebrations that will include music by The Blue Beats and Carleton Hurdle as Elvis. Having an Elvis impersonator was a familiar event at Mike?s Burger Box in years past. Burger Box, which reopened in August after an ownership change and a major remodel, hopes to bring back former patrons and bring in a new group of fans.
Food is made fresh and to the customer?s order
Burger Box, with a 50/60?s theme, serves up a menu that emphasizes fresh-made food. While it may take a little longer, burger and other menu items are cooked to order and not pre-prepared and sitting in a warmer waiting for a customer.
The new manager, Alan Davis, urges everyone to come on out and join the fun. He says the staff has been fully trained, the new kitchen has been broken in and the Box is set to rock.
