The Kennedale
Youth Advisory Council (YAC) is sponsoring a “Food Truck” event at TownCenter Park Thursday evening from 5-8 p.m. in downtown Kennedale.
The YAC has sponsored several food truck events for the community. This one features – Simply Dosa – Bite My Biscuit – Best Bayou Bites –Gypsy Scoops. Click on the name for the menu. There are picnic tables available or take home. {{more}}
TownCenter Park is located next to City Hall, Police Department and Community Center/Library. The TownCenter park features the September 11 Memorial, a playground and is a center for special events in Kennedale.
The Kennedale Youth Advisory Council is a select group of young leaders who, through research, peer discussion, and community interaction, provide a youth perspective to City Council on a wide variety of community and youth-related issues.
Members are between the ages of 15 to 19 and either live or attend school in the City of Kennedale or the KISD boundaries. The 2014-15 members are
