?The Wildcats, district champions, finished with an 11-1 district record and an overall record of 22-14. Kennedale?s dominance in district play continued as the Cats captured their 6th straight district title (one was a co-championship), made their 10th straight UIL playoffs and finished with their 9th straight 20 win season.??

Kennedale beat Godley 66-43 in the first round of the playoffs but then fell to last week to Burkburnett 71-60 in the area round
