Mark Allen with Sperry Van Ness/Visions Commercial represented the buyer, Allegiant Financial Realty LLC, and Wayne Burgdorf with Burgdorf Realty LP represented the seller Grand Bank of Texas. To be re-positioned as an Urgent Care Clinic projected to open August 2013. Transaction occurred March 25, 2013.”
