Glenn was born on April 26, 1948 to Elmo and Johnnie Cornelius in Fort Worth, Texas. Glenn and Chloe met through friends in Acton. They were married on June 17, 1995 in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. He was a very loving and understanding husband.
Glenn was a member of the Kennedale High School Class of 1966. [special note added by Kennedale News]
In the 1980?s, Glenn was a Hood County Sherriff Deputy. He owned and operated Glenn Aire A/C for over 25 years. He loved politics, motorcycles, and travelling. He was a good friend with a great sense of humor. He taught his grandchildren to love the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Survivors include his wife: Chloe Cornelius, daughters: Marsha Collier and Kimberly Porter, grandchildren: Kristen, Jeremy, Zachary, Tyler, Skylar, Kason, and Zak, great grandchildren: Emery, Lukas, and Carsyn, sister: Alicia (Bob) Cook, sister-in-law: Linda (Ron) Blase, sister-in-law: Eula McCown.
