He was married to his loving wife Linda for 41 years. He had two daughters, Selina Renee Statum Chappell and son-in-law, Cory Chappell, and Jennifer Doris Statum; and daughter-in-love, Angie Walk. He was most proud of his two sweet granddaughters, Mia and Bentli Chappell.
 
He was the proud owner and operator of Star Bindery for 30 years. Everyone who met “Papa Jack” will never forget his loving smile and ability to make you feel like the most important person in the room.
 
He had many loves in his life. The first love was Jesus Christ, his Lord and Savior. He loved his family with his whole heart and took so much pride in them and the time they spent together. He will be deeply missed.
