Kennedale High School currently has the fastest records in both the boys and girls in the 4×100 and the 4×200 in Class 3A. On the boys team are Donny Darville, Leon Powell, Jajuan Washington and Patrick Lovings with times of 42.87 and 89.86.??On the girls team are Toni O’Neal, Hailey Patterson, De’Andrea Powell and Chianne Lowe{{more}}with times of 48.22 and 1:42.22. It is early in the season but the coaches are excited. This year Head Girl’s coach is Jimyria Woodward,?Leon Paul is the Boy’s Head coach and assistant coaches are Danny Youngs, Chris Reue and Vance Hughes.?Last week Kennedale swept their own track meet. The next meet is the Mansfield Summit meet March 8, 2013, field events starts @3:30 running starts @5:00pm @6:15 4x100m relay.
