KJHS distance runner beats the pack

It may not be well known but Kennedale Junior High School has a boys and girls cross country team. Last week, they participated in the Midlothian Cross Country Invitational with one runner showing up big. {{more}}

 

Marcos Flores, KJHS 8th grader, turned in one the fastest times in his group. Flores claimed 2nd out of 85 runners at the meet on Wednesday, losing only to a nationally ranked runner.

 

Next time, Marcos told his coaches, he will win.
