F. Delaney Elementary have announced the Spring Round-up for all students who will be entering Kindergarten in the Fall of 2015. The date and time for both schools is May 5th, 3:30 pm – 5:30 pm. {{more}}

** Please bring your child with you so he/she can be assessed at this time.

Required information to register:

1. Birth Certificate
2. Shot Records (MUST be up-to-date. If your child has not had his/her 5 year vaccinations by this date, you will NOT be able to register your child until August, 2015.). See list on back.
3. Social Security Card
4. Proof of Residency (Current gas or electric bill only. Disconnect notices will not be accepted. NO water bills will be accepted. If you have electronic billing, you will need to print your own copy and bring it with you.)
5. Current Lease or Rental Agreement
6. Drivers License of Parent/ Guardian

** These documents must be presented at time of enrollment to complete registration. If you do not have the documents, you WILL NOT be able to register your student until August, 2015.

4. Prueba de domicilio (Solo se aceptaran recibos de gas o electricidad. No se aceptaran recibos del agua. Si recibe su cuenta electr?nicamente tendr? que imprimir una copia y mostrarla.)
5. Arrendamiento Reci?n o contrato de renta
6. Licencia de conducir de padre/tutor
