Kennedale ISD announces fall registration times and dates

Summer is not over but the planning has begun for the 2014-15 school year. Originally Kennedale

Independent School District had hoped to have online registration in place this year but that has had to be delayed. All students both new and returning will need to register in person. Links to the schools websites and school supplies list are included in the following information. {{more}}

 

New students to the district registration:

• Kennedale High School

  (Grades 9-12) at 817-563-8100 and

  Kennedale

  Junior High School

  (Grades 7- 8) at 817-563-8200 required parents/guardians to call for appointments.

• James Arthur

  Intermediate School (Grades 5-6) at 817-563-8300 registers new students on August 13 from 9am to 11 am.

• James

  Delaney Elementary School

  (PreK-4) at 817-563-8400 and

  R F

  Patterson Elementary

  (PreK-4) at 817-563-8600 both will register new students in the afternoon on Wednesday August 13th from 12 noon to 3 p.m. Call the KISD offices for attendance zones for the two elementary schools.

• Kennedale

  High School begins the registration process first on August 12th for seniors , juniors on August 13th, sophomores on August 14th and freshman on August 15th. Registration times on these days are from 9-2 pm. A special Saturday make-up registration has been set for Saturday August 16th from 9 am to 12 noon for any returning student unable to come earlier in the week.

Freshman orientation is scheduled at 1 pm on Saturday August 16th.

• Kennedale

  Junior High School

  begins with 7th grade students on Wednesday, August 13th 8:30 ? 3:30 and 8th grade students on Thursday, August 14th 8:30 ? 3:30 8th grade. Open enrollment for 7th and 8th grade students is scheduled for Thursday evening, August 14th 5:30 ? 7:00. Information

  Intermediate School begins returning student enrollment Wednesday afternoon August 13th from 1:00 to 5:00 and all day on Thursday, August 14th 9:00 am ? 12:00 noon. 5^th
