The annual cycle ride that honors those who lost their lives on 9-11 combined with a memorial service at the 9-11 Memorial site at TownCenter Park in Kennedale is scheduled for Saturday, September 9, 2017 from 1 to 3 p.m.. {{more: continue … }}
Kennedale is home to a 12 foot steel beam from the World Trade Center. The Kennedale’s memorial was completed and dedicated in 2011. Read more at Kennedale 9-11 Memorial.
All are invited, no matter if you ride a motorcycle or if you have a vehicle.

This is a family friendly event. Vendors and food will also be there for all to purchase and enjoy. Those who are not part of the ride can also join the activities at TownCenter 9-11 Memorial Park in Kennedale located at 405 Municipal Drive.
Speakers at the short memorial service include Tarrant County Andy Nguyen along with State Representative Bill Zedler.
Those attending are asked bring a small to medium stuff animal to be donated to first responders to give to children in crisis.
