Tuesday night the Kennedale Lady Kats defeated Fort Worth Diamond Hill for the second time this season 25-8, 25-6 and 25-5. {{more}}
 
Maggie Pyles (Jr) led the Kats in kills with 13 followed by Bethany Klinkenberg (So) with 7.
 
Danielle Hedglin (Sr) had 4 aces followed by 3 each by Kylie Foster (Jr) and Raeley Crosley (Fr).
 
Seven digs were recorded by Darby Smith (Jr) and 5 each by Raeley Crosley, Danielle Hedglin and Kylie Foster.
 
Kennedale is now 5-1 in district play and faces district leader Godley (6-0) Friday at 4:30 p.m. at home in the Wildcat Den.
 
The last game was a hard fought game when Kennedale met the #15 state ranked Godley Lady Cats on their home court. Kennedale lost in four but only by two in each set.
 
The Lady Kats are hoping for a full stand for this pivotal district game.
 
Coach Patterson ask everyone to “Please join us for the last home game of the 2014 season and

cheer on our amazing Seniors. We will honor them between the Varsity and JV

games.”
