Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, 2016, at Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens, San Angelo, Texas, with Rev. Scooter McCurdy officiating. Arrangements are with Robert Massie Funeral Home.
He was born on Aug. 29, 1961, to Eldon and Barbara (Summers) Baker in Lorenzo, Texas. He attended school at Kennedale. On June 27, 2003, he married Julia Williams in San Angelo.
He lived for Dallas Cowboys and racing. He raced dirt track and always ran the number “24” and will be carried on by his brother.
He was preceded in death by parents and his wife and his best friend “Bubba”.
Marty is survived by his loving daughters Chanelle Baker, Michaela Baker both of San Angelo; step-daughter Megan Graves of Abilene; step-brother Galen (Martha) Neitsch of Fredericksburg; sister Marcia (James) Hester of San Angelo; step-sister Melanie (David) Neal of Joshua, Texas; step-brother David (Terri) Hudec of San Angelo; Aunt Adrienne Fortune of Hearne, Texas; and numerous nieces and nephews and racing family.
