The weather promises to be idea for the annual First Methodist Church of Kennedale?s Lord?s Acre Fall Festival Saturday, October 3 on the church grounds at 229 W 4th Street in Kennedale. The public is invited to join the fun. {{more}}
Festivities start at 10 a.m. with all kinds of activities. For the kids there will be games, prizes, horse rides and bounce houses. There will be a food court, so don?t worry about getting your lunch somewhere else. The Country Store and the Sweet Shop are back. There will be live entertainment including Wade Lenz as ?Elvisa (11am & 12:30 pm), singer Ayisha Otero (11:30am- 12:30 p.m.) and DJ CP playing your musical request. And, the Circle L Riding Club will be guest.
And of course the annual live auction will be held. Love homemade quilts? There will be a selection to see and purchase.
All proceeds from the Lord?s Acres go to fund the church?s mission activities and outreach. Bring the kids, invite a friend.You don?t have to buy a thing, just come and enjoy the day.
