Today, Thursday, April 9, 2020 Tarrant County reported 637 COVID-19 cases. This is up by 120 cases since Tuesday when 517 infections were recorded. Texas has reported 10,230 cases with 1,439 reported hospitalized. Meanwhile Kennedale remains coronavirus free. {{more: continue …}}

Tarrant County reported 20 deaths (up from 18 on Tuesday) with 61 recoveries (up from 53 Tueday).

The City of Kennedale remains without a recorded case making it one of 9 cities in Tarrant County free of cases (down from 10 on Tuesday). Along with Kennedale, other cities in this area of Tarrant County that are COVID-19 free are Burleson and Dalworthington Gardens.

Border cities of Fort Worth, Forrest Hill and Arlington continue to rise in reported cases.? Everman remains at one.

There are 37 cases that are of unknown location but within Tarrant County (up from 23 Tuesday) and in unincorporated area, which in part borders Kennedale, 13 cases reported (up from 11 Tuesday).?
