?Through many prayers and talks with my family I’ve decided to?continue my academic and athletic career at Northwestern Oklahoma State University ??

Otts was a 1st Team 5-4A All-District player for the Wildcats this season as they climbed to the top ranks of Texas 4A football, finishing #2 in the state for the first time in school history.?Otts also plays for the district champion Wildcat basketball team that be playing in the playoffs starting next week.??
Otts will be join in this signing class by a host of other Texas recruits from across the state including players from these high schools – Cypress Springs, JJ Pearce, Arlington Heights, OD Wyatt, Arlington Lamar, Plano, Krum, Grand Prairie, Crandall and The Colony.
