12/7 – Theft of Materials Under $30,000 – 400 block E. Kennedale Parkway: At 7:38 a.m. an officer responded to a theft of copper phone wire. Suspect(s) had cut approximately 220 feet of copper telephone wire that was strung between two utility poles. The AT&T representative reported that they have had a number of these types of theft in Fort Worth close to Kennedale and believe this may be the same suspect. The loss was reported at $5,000.00.
12/7 – Possession of Drug Paraphernalia – 1200 block Little School Road: At 8:32 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense. The odor of marijuana was observed coming from the vehicle interior. A subsequent search of the vehicle revealed marijuana paraphernalia. The driver was cited for the contraband and the traffic violation, and was released at the scene.
12/10 – Vehicle Burglary – 400 block Mansfield Cardinal Road: At 8:20 a.m. a victim reported that unknown person(s) entered her locked vehicle by smashing the passenger side window. The victim had left her wallet along with jewelry on the front seat of the truck. All of the items were gone as well as a step rail that was in the bed. The vehicle was parked outside of the victim?s place of employment when the burglary occurred.
