The Cats have completed the first round of district play with wins over Benbrook 4-0, Diamond Hill 3-0, Dunbar 13-1 and Lake Worth 3-0. Their losses have come against Castleberry 4-3 and Western Hills 0-0 (penalty kicks).

Kennedale gets a second chance at Castleberry this Friday playing at Castleberry followed by another go at Western Hills next Tuesday. These two back to back game should go a long way in helping sort the district standings for Kennedale. All games begin at 7:30 p.m.?

For Kennedale, Diamond Hill is the last game of the regular season on March 8. Between those these teams, Castleberry, Western Hills, Diamond Hill and Kennedale should be the four who make the playoffs this season. Kennedale would like to be the top seed from the district.
