The new Iron Wheel Antique and Gifts Mall located in Kennedale’s Town Center has announced a “soft opening” for this Saturday, July 14, 2018. Hours for this special opening will be from 10 A.M. to 6 P.M. A formal grand opening will be scheduled later this summer. {{more: continue …}}

The Wild Wood Tea Room will also be open for business. It is located inside the antique mall. Owner and operator, Shanna Wood, is a Kennedale resident. She is known for her talents in the kitchen and is looking forward to friends, neighbors and other shoppers enjoying items on her menu.

The menu will include soups, salads, sandwiches, quiche and a variety of desserts along with specialty tea and coffee. There will be a homemade dessert of the day with Saturday’s specialty? Betty?s Orange Cake.

On Saturday, the Wild Wood Station Tea Room will be open from 10 A.M. until 4 P.M. Regular hours are M-F 11 A.M. to 3 P.M., Saturday 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. and Sunday 1 P.M. to 5 P.M. Check out the tea room’s Facebook page for the daily specials at Great Food and Tea.?
