Survivors: Wife of 68 1/2 years, Lucille Lowery; sons, Tommie L. Lowery and wife, Vickie, Eddie P. Minnis and wife, Dana, Hardee C. Minnis and wife, Sharon; daughters, Diane M. Verde and husband, John, Joyce S. McReynolds and husband, Jerry, Sallie L. Watson and husband, George; siblings, Kathryn Sikes, Jean Oliver, Viola Hinkle, Rose Smith and George Lowery; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
