Making the list were KHS graduates Jasmyn Poe and Dalton Vondra. To be eligible for the honor roll, student-athletes must have a minimum 3.30 GPA for the current semester and be on the roster.
Jasmyn Poe has finished her first year year as a redshirted freshman basketball player at Texas A&M Commerce in Finance. She was in the KHS Class of 2016.
Dalton Vondra, who is working on his master?s degree in Business Administration at Tarleton State is playing football for the Texans. He is a 2013 Kennedale High School graduate.
There were a total of 1,116 student-athletes from all sports in the eleven member conference Division II of the NCAA on the commissioner?s list.
The conference includes Western New Mexico, Eastern New Mexico, Cameron, UT Permian Basin, West Texas A&M, Midwestern State, Texas Woman?s, Tarleton State, Angelo State, Texas A&M Commerce and Texas A&M Kingsville.
