If you thinking about your next vacation spot, according to Wallet Hub the most fun city in America is Las Vegas, no surprise. The survey includes the top 150 major cities across America. The selection depended heavily on the variety of activities offered. They considered 58 key metrics that include things such as the number of fitness centers, movie cost and average open hours of breweries.
- On this list, Arlington came in at 96 behind El Paso at 73, go figure.
- Other Texas cities on the list were Dallas (29), San Antonio (32), Plano (77), Fort Worth (91), Garland (122), Corpus Christi (125), Irving (130), Lubbock (131), Grand Prairie (138), Laredo (144) and Brownsville (149).
- Corpus Christi had the second lowest movie prices.
- Laredo has the second lowest beer prices in the nation among large cities.
- Austin, Houston, Dallas and San Antonio ranked in the top 25 in the Night life and Parties category.
- San Antonio made the top 25 in lowest cost index.
