The 2015 Kennedale Wildcat baseball team, second place in District 7-4A, led in total all-district selections with 10 players chosen while first place Venus had nine selections but the Venus Bulldogs did lead in superlative awards. Superlatives awards included two Wildcats. Venus junior Hayden Stanford was voted overall MVP while Venus seniors Tanner and Tyler Foy shared the offensive MVP. Kennedale junior Cody Bossaller received the defensive MVP. Alvarado senior Paul Bowman was named pitcher of the year while Godley freshman Brett Brown received newcomer of the year and Kennedale senior Steven Murchison was voted top utility player.
Listed on the 1st team for Kennedale were Austin Eggleston (P), Alan Sather (IF), Jake Michener (OF) and Aaron Williams (OF), all seniors.
Making 2nd Team honors were Kennedale seniors Tyler Perez (IF), Shane O?Connor, TJ Aguilar (OF) and Bradley Woodard (OF).
Kennedale ended the season at 14-10-1 and made their 20th appearance in the state playoffs.
