Students at Kennedale Middle School recently participated in the annual See You at the Pole event, as part of the nationwide effort where school families come together for student led prayer. During the event, students unfolded and then raised the flag at the building’s flagpole and then engaged in student-led and sponsored prayer. A sense of camaraderie and peace emerged during the time together, prior to the start of the school day. The See You at the Pole initiative began more than 30 years ago in Burleson, Texas, and students from the Kennedale Schools have routinely participated in yearly activity. Thank you to those individuals who participated in the See You at the Pole on September 28th.
