Press Release: Chris Pugh for City Council Place 3

To My Fellow Citizens of Kennedale;
In 2016 I became involved in serving the community on 2 different boards and in 2018 was elected to represent you in Place 2 on the City Council. Last fall, after a delayed election, I was defeated, but the drive to serve Kennedale is still a vital part of who I am.
As a member of the City Council, I did my best to represent those who supported me and citizens have continued to ask me to do what I can to share their thoughts, ideas, and goals for the community with the leadership of Kennedale.
I have made efforts to pass on this information to staff and existing members of the council, however, after much thought and consideration, I have chosen to seek election to Place 3 which was vacated last fall in order to better represent what these citizens desire for the future of the city.
For those who voted for me in the past, I want to thank you for continued support and I ask all citizens of Kennedale for your vote in the upcoming May election.
