He was scheduled for an initial appearance yesterday which are usually to determine whether they have an attorney or if they need one to be appointed.”?“It appears as though he has retained attorney Mark Scott. He remains in Tarrant County Jail with a bond set at $100,000. He does not have another court setting at this moment.”
